What are you really good at doing, feels satisfying to do and creates important results for others? This is your Natural Strength. To find it, look for two things: Flow og Impact.
Flow
You are already using your Natural Strength. Think back to a moment you were doing something you were really good at. You were so immersed by your work that you forgot time and place. This is called Flow.
- What kind of work did you do back then?
Think back to 2-3 other times you have been in Flow. What does these moments have in common? The … are what you need to recreate to use your Natural Strength.
Impact
Think back to work you have done that created important results for somebody who really needed it. Important results are worth money.
